Payment

•Students will pay for their lessons one month in advance via check, cash(in person only), Zelle, or ApplePay. You will be billed through MyMusicStaff for however many lessons will occur during that month. 

•Students will also pay for any lesson materials (books, workbooks, etc) via check. Students will be invoices through MyMusicStaff.
•Invoices must be paid in full by their due date. Students will receive a reminder for late invoices. If the invoice is not paid in full by the following month's invoice, a $25 late fee will be added to the invoice. 
 

Health & Safety Precautions
• Health and safety precautions are always being evaluated in the interest of what is best for the majority of the studio. 
• Students who are scheduled to have an in person lesson that are experiencing symptoms of any illness will either reschedule their lesson or have their lesson online. 
• In the event of instructor illness or if the instructor is experiencing symptoms of any illness, lessons will either be rescheduled or moved to a virtual format. 

Communicating with the Instructor

•I am available to answer any phone calls/text messages at 216-456-7794 between the hours of 8am-10pm. I will not read or respond to phone calls/text messages after 10pm. If you must contact me after 10pm, please understand I will not get back to you until after 8am the next morning.

•I am almost always doing something and it usually challenging for me to answer the phone. It is best to communicate with me via email (when nonurgent) or text message (if urgent), as I am able to read messages and respond if necessary when teaching/practicing.

Discontinuing Enrollment

• In order to withdraw from enrollment, the I must be notified before the 15th of the last month of lessons. Tuition payments are not refundable, so you are encouraged to finish the month.
